I actually listened to the first 7 minutes and he's spot on. If you can do 20 pull ups at 180 but can only do 12 after you bulk up to 220, you are going backwards. You should keep sufficiency in relation to your bodyweight the same as you did when you were lighter.

Of course he doesn't train like that, but I was surprised he was giving good advice, lol.

True. Lol He said that his dream is to be able to squat his own bodyweight for 50 reps, hence he wants to go to 240

I have yet to hear him speak the technical aspect on getting strength, he just talks about principles what is good and what is not. Like bodyweight to lifting weight ratio, but he never speaks how to actually manage any results, instead he just talks hype shit, injects oil and steroids, eats thousands of calories a day and makes epic faces when he does pec dec.

I don't think he'd deny that... Its kind of his job lol. Everyone that makes any money off youtube videos will do whatever it takes to get views on their channel. So, of course, this is all to get more views. I never understood why people would think that's a surprise or a bad thing. That's like saying that if a plumber advertises that his services are the best, then he must be just saying that to get more customers. Obviously!

Agreed. That's a different argument though. The fact that he lies and uses fake plates is definitely something he should be criticized about. But promoting his channel by doing a crazy bulk, or a crazy cut, or talking about steroids, etc... is marketing to get more views. Nothing wrong with that, IMO.

One popular youtuber said that site is pretty accurate and that the income he generates is roughly falls in the middle of the range
