Do you recall that post where PJ Braun quit his sponsorship from IML Supplements / Robert DiMaggio, and was mean to DiMaggio, saying mean things to him, and being mean to him, generally speaking?

If someone was mean to you, would you still be there friend?

In light of the fact that Braun was mean to DiMaggio, and said mean things about him, I can understand why DiMaggio is no longer concerned about Braun, and doesn't care about his freedoms.

I honestly don't know what I would do unless I was in the exact same position - including having the knowledge that PJ Braun was mean to me.  It would be hard to be kind to someone who was previously mean to me.

Vince it’s good to know if you were guilty of a crime got caught and had two options, talk or time, you’d do the time. No questions asked.

That said if illegal and more importantly HARMFUL drugs were being sold, to unknowing customers,  then the people who were doing it will get what they deserve.

Roberts testimony, or “snitching”, is the finishing touch. He wasn’t involved with the company long enough to know anything important and if he did they conducted business wrong.

"Hey everyone, I usually don't post much on the boards but I saw this stuff and had to jump in. Robert has been saying all kinds of negative things about us for years now and it has always been so odd to me. When I first met Robert I realized that he was far less intelligent then I expected. He was simply a guy who took a chance and got lucky...In some ways that's what living the American Dream is right? I pulled Aaron aside and said this guy is so fucking stupid we need to be doing this on our own. That's when we made the proposition to become his personal marketing and sales team. At this time we were able to see the sales numbers and had monthly sales meetings where Gena, robs now ex wife. (He was cheating on her with numerous prostitutes and eventually she tried to kill him which ended inner unfortunate arrest and then long stint in rehab... for the record I think Gena is a sweetheart and I think any women would have wanted to kill him for what he was doing to her too)

At the time Gena had to enter Rehab we had tripled the companies sales because of our aggressive online marketing strategy (the same strategy that made BSL the hottest company in supps trumping anything IML ever did) all the companies sanity went to rehab with her and Aaron and I were ready to do our own thing which Robert said he would like to be a part of and promised us lots of financial help if we agreed to let him be a part. Aaron and I gave Robert 30% of the company in exchange for some units of starting Super DMZ 2.0 (that we sold in a total of 5 weeks). This was the worst decision of my life, from a business standpoint because after that, not only did Robert never help with anything ever again, but would actually try to cannibalize our sales by posting bad articles about our products. Meanwhile this idiot was getting checks for $70k a month or more sometimes from us. We finally bought him out and it was the best day ever getting rid of that moron.

I actually tried hard to be friends with him, but after he went on a rant about how Jason Genova was a retard and that we shouldn't support retarded people that look like shit, I couldn't take him. Jason is not retarded and as annoying as he can be, we really wanted to help him and still do... so this fucking loser has problems with mentally challenged people, is a notorious adulterer, and obsessive drug addict (to this day i have never seen anyone do more coke then Robert) and was a pure cancer to BSL... Good riddance to him...

The real problem though after all that is that Robert was so pathetically jealous of me, because his now wife (then escort) was throwing herself at me instead of him even though I kept telling her no... so this guy falls in love with a whore (literally) that was trying to hook up with me... I was turning down free sex from her, and he had to pay 3 thousand dollars!!!.... and then married her.... and for the record I know other guys that had sex with her for $300 bucks!!!!! How crazy is that?! So you see this is why I never get involved with anything this idiot says, he's the worst human being I have ever known... Oh and by the way, he tried suing us for doing too good. Seriously, you can sue someone for that now.... but its now public knowledge that his stupid ass walked away because his frivolous attempt at jealous raged extortion wasn't gonna work. Deerfield Beach Title Agent Sentenced to Jail for Role in Mortgage Fraud Scheme


R. Alexander Acosta, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida, Jonathan I. Solomon, Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Henry Gutierrez, Postal Inspector in Charge, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and Alex Hager, Acting Commissioner, Florida Department of Financial Regulation, announced today’s sentencing of defendant Howard Gaines for his role in a complex mortgage fraud scheme.  Gaines, an attorney and a licensed title agent with ran Your Title Choice, Inc., in Deerfield Beach, FL., was sentenced by U.S. District Judge William Dimitrouleas to 8 years in prison, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release.  In addition, Gaines was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $422,465 to three lenders.
A jury convicted Gaines in December 2008 on one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and two counts of mail fraud.
This is the sixth conviction in this case, following five earlier guilty pleas by other conspirators.  According to the evidence presented at trial, Gaines, as a title agent, aided co-conspirator Anthony Dehaney and others to close on fraudulent loans.  Among the fraudulent documents presented at closings were HUD 1 Settlement Forms, which falsely represented that buyers were using their own money to close on the purchases.  The evidence showed that Gaines helped Dehaney close more than $10,000,000 in loans during 2004, 2005, and 2006, including $5,000,000 in fraudulent mortgages.
Mr. Acosta commended the investigative efforts of the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and the State of Florida Office of Financial Regulation for their work on this case.  The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Jeffrey Kay and Jennifer Keene of the Fort Lauderdale Office.

Aaron has always had my back for years and even when I was the most hated person in the bodybuilding industry because of my trolling tactics however honestly don't want Aaron, PJ, or even Rob going to jail over this.   The FDA are nothing more than shills for the pharmacutical industries and always shut down companies that sell products that actually work.  Ephedra for example helped many people lose weight but it got banned placing the blame on some fat overweight baseball player who wore layers of clothes in 90 degree weather to lose weight and Korey Stringer who basically was trained to death by reckless coaches.   


However, they will all do prison time in my opinion...not much, prob the same amount that Palumbo did but I would have liked them to stick together and watch each other's backs.   If I had moved to Boca Ration in 2014 after my divorce, they wouldn't be in so much trouble because I would have showed them how to limit their exposure....the same that I do for "certain IFBB pro bodybuildiners" who happen to be friends with Dorothy.....
