There is only one way to gain weight Food that is it that is the fucking secret that has always been the secret nothing you listed will add a single pound of weight. The only way to add weight is to eat. It sounds so simple and it is yet no one seems to get it. Everyone ignores basic physics and seems tyo think they can create mass from nothing. I am not going to discuss what medical history with anyone not my Dr. However I have openly stated dangerous things I will not ever do and have not done. I feel it is important to be clear about these dangerous activities. I have never used Insulin or SEO. I do not take medications not prescribed by my Dr. No one should take any medications not prescribed by their doctor. My doctor also does not prescribe steroids and I do not use steroids.
