Title: Cold water and your genitals (Bodybuilding related)
Post by: Rambone on January 24, 2022, 03:19:33 PM: I remember reading Steve Reeve’s bodybuilding book where he briefly goes through some daily routine activities for a healthy, robust lifestyle. The one that stood out to me in particular (no homo) was his cold showers specifically mentioning how he likes the cold water to hit his genitalia (no homo again) for a minute or so. Cold water therapy stuff seems like it’s all the rage the past couple of years. Are any getbiggers doing this and receiving any physical or cognitive benefits? If so, how small does your pee pee get afterwards? Discuss!

Hahaha never before seen pic of Reeves getting sudsy! I’m sure he politely turned down the offer for nudes given the coldness of the water

I’m currently supersetting boxers and cold showers. Vitamin C, Vitamin E, NAC, zinc and L-carnitine as well
