He's always calling for the draft because there's no way they will ever let a vote occur. It's political showboating.
A draft is the only thing that will stop the war machine, that's exactly why it wont happen.

do you think the 4 American lives sacrificed a day are worth the lack of progress we've had in the last 12 months?
Do you feel 5 more years with 4 deaths a day and minimal progress is a best use of our fighting men and women?
