I was saying that dan18 was the dumbest guy here. I thought you said that wasn't you anyway?
Sorry, self owning on my part...ahah

Croatch, how much do you weigh in the pic from 02 and what do you weigh now?

Do you have a recent pic?
I just finished doing shoulders in this pic, although the chest needs to come up.  Waist need to be brought in, right side lacks development, more sweep on the quads.  Aside from that, I look sick...ahah  This was taken in 05' @222lbs.

Oh, nice Photoshop Arvilla.  You must have used the synthol filter.  Is that in going to be in CS3?

Which video, the lifting one?
Your Hand In Mine by Explosions in the Sky, good one for narration.  A lot of their stuff is.

Did you mean the song on the AFF video?  That's Freeway by Skapegoat Wax.  Awesome track and mean chorus.
Yeah, jumped yesterday, up to 84 jumps and the head down is getting solid.  That's all I think about these days.

No, just creatine monohydrate, aka Bloat Powder.  Tried two bottles of CellTech, that shit is just creatine with simple sugars, aka Super Transport System. ::)
