Wanda van Kolck 2010 Arnold Classic Amateur prep

28 year old female bodybuilder Wanda van Kolck, Dutch national FBB champion, is currently preparing for the 2010 Arnold Classic Amateur. At 4 weeks out she's weighing 71kg/158 lbs.

Competitive history:
Hercules Cup 2007: 1st place
Dutch Nationals 2007: 3th place
Dutch Nationals 2008: 1st place
International Championship 2008 : 1st place
The Dutch Grandprix 2009: 1st place + qualification for the Arnold Classic

Here are a few pics of her last two shows. Will post new pics of her prep as soon as I get them. :)

She looks great.  The international competitors are going to make the Arnold Am a really fantastic show this year.   8)
