Ive read previous threads...and all i hear repeated is that sex drive suffers...but im not interested in that...i wanna know if the gains are worth while...and nobody really speaks about that

i hear mixed things...ive got a couple of friends who both only just use deca and they look lean with heavy mass...they tell me deca only is fine and to avoid test because itll give you the puffy look...then i come on here and all the threads insist its a bad idea...

so im wondering why theres conflicting information ...people say add a bit of test to keep your libido alive...thats fine....but would a course of deca at 400mg with a good diet take me up a 10 - 12 kilos or should i up it to 600mg -

I have REALLY TRIED to think of ways of explaining this.
Of several analogies: I LOVE to eat - like to cook...

I think comparing to cooking and using ingredients
in carefully mixed proportions and getting *layers
of taste* - or the way the mouth interprets flavor.

Literally speaking - for given dish - bear with me.
I ALWAYS roast onion, garlic (ginger when possible)
use pepper (maybe salt) at times sugar for balancing,
and certain herbs. Of course, individual amounts
vary wildly . . . many factors.

Similarly, The different (choices of) hormones that make-up
particular cycles take time to (effectively) tailor. So, at times
(we) are all asked collectively what, why and how much.
We are all different but the *general rules apply*
to everyone, but we each respond differently.
**each have a different sense of taste**

Combine you supplements wisely - single ingredient routines SUCK!

SALT (alone?) added to ANY DISH (generally) sucks.
The combination(s) that you choose ARE key...
Test, Deca, HCG and an Estrogen antagonist
IS a (great) beggining . . . best of luck.

Deca is great (I love IT!), but when used alone
(not ideal) - could serve more to (de)stabilized as
many aspects of your being (be disruptive).

test is always the base of every cycle in my opinion, a cycle is just not a cycle without test baby!

ok...il add a little test ...
but something insignificant...for the purpose of avoiding libido disruption

250 mg per week and discontinue it a month after my last deca shot.

seeing as im only using 250 mg per week of test should i up my deca intake to 600mg or should 400mg suffice...

bear in mind the reason the test is so low is to avoid the puffy face and puffy mass appearance.

500 mgs test (most important of the 2) and add 400 mgs. of deca. Like salt and pepper...
I never have used (needed) more than 400 mgs of deca . . .
would rather *combined in* something else like EQ

Any puffy face (far more) likely due to sebsequently
elevated estrogens (thus the) use of blockers
or even better estrogen antagonist . . .
and your dietary choices . . . WILL help a lot.

NO Potatoe Chips (or fast food) for you pal . . . ;)

Are you over weight (out of shape) at the moment? In other words why are you worried??
or are you more lean in appearance?
