It's OK my Viking Brother, he's worked out that it's the carbs that are the problem, not the year-round Pro-level blast that he resumed after a 4 month 'break' (on PCT) he took when everyone was sh1tting themselves because other 50 year olds were dropping like flies... he's got this... ... ...
