I remember reading Steve Reeve’s bodybuilding book where he briefly goes through some daily routine activities for a healthy, robust lifestyle. The one that stood out to me in particular (no homo) was his cold showers specifically mentioning how he likes the cold water to hit his genitalia (no homo again) for a minute or so. Cold water therapy stuff seems like it’s all the rage the past couple of years. Are any getbiggers doing this and receiving any physical or cognitive benefits?
