Title: Surprises in Court

It looks like we all came up with just about evey eventuality and possible scenario in this Craig and Kelly situation, but what other scenarios do you think a clever defense attorney will come up with in an effort to raise doubt in the minds of the jurers? 

A possilble frame up in an attempt to discredit that new organization they were planning to start up?

Craig's premeditated plan to get rid of Kelly? Or vise-versa?

A vindetta by a disgrundeled competitor or drug lord ?

Got any original ideas that the attorneys could possibly use that have yet to be discussed on this Get Big Board?
