Getting over the flu. Sunday will be two weeks without training. Will be going back Tuesday. Lost 5lbs maybe more.  >:(

Immense pain.   Took a full cm off the collarbone yesterday and cleaned out the garbage.  Good news was rotator cuff was perfect, so recovery will be quicker.  But right now I couldn't imagine lifting a plastic spoon.  And it is my dominant side - left.
