Bar is at your shoulders when in squat position, as you stand you press the bar up into the air...then bring down to shoulders and squat again...etc.

Dang sounds like oylympic lifting procedures. No joke that works alot of muscle groups. I do front squats but dont use a rack clean it off the floor works back, shoulders, biceps, legs, glutes and biceps. Nice job
