Dude, I fucked up ad wore my Nikes.....if you watch a couple of time I shake my foot/ankle, my heel was slipping to the side inside the shoe.

From now on I wear my wrestling shoes.

Yea wrestling shoes is I what wear to train in the best shoe other than running or raking sum leaves.  8)

I always use mine for deads and squats, recently started using them on shoulder day for standing presses.

I used to use them to squat, but felt too much in my achilles and stopped using them...seemed to help.  They are probably great for standing presses too....i do my seated so I haven't used them for that.

I hit the gym late last night.

Heavy deads, standing presses, tri extensions and hammer curls.


Done.
