i started using it when i was 14 i think....got it from a vendor at a state sporting clays shoot....used it ever since...have a tube in every shooting bag..

Smells funky though. I like it cause it doesn't make your hands "sticky" it just keeps them dry and it doesn't leve white smudges all over everything you touch like chalk.

Mostly elevating your body in many different positions targeting the shoulders, triceps and abs for stamina and strength and maybe some balance as well. I enjoyed it.

So it's like the twink soccer version of the Kama Sutra?  :D

LOL!!! Haha its actually a friend of the team who used to be a junior champion wrestler turned PT, hes stronger more ripped and bigger than me so I shut up and just try to learn XD.


So he's 155lbs and can bench 135lbs ??? ;D

I'd probably cramp up and have to sit it out....  when you meet a serious wrestler like your friend, they are usually workout fanatics.  Do crazy stuff.

Interesting how do you elevate your body is some kind of outer body experience? Can you change your avatar back to that black twink only thing that bothered me about him was his teeth were too white, this one hurts my eyes.
