Rotator cuff stuff

DB Presses high rep (12-15)

Rear Delt/Shrug movement

Machine side laterals......seems to have helped with the tendonitis.

Random shoulder machine stuff.....1-2 sets each

Hey, how did your Marathon go?!

it went LOL. Na, the conditions of weather were not the greatest out on the Cape. 25mph winds, sleet/light snow. Finished in the same time as the first one I did and considering I had to wear 3 more layers than I did the first one, I'm okay with that. Hit my wall at mile 18. Thought to myself, I can't finish but I did though. Shortly after the halfway mark, I felt a blister on my foot in the right inner side. This was from feet being soaked. I had 2 pairs of socks that I carried in my pockets, changed them then. Around mile 18 or 19, changed them again.

Legs were extremely sore that night. Next day they were a tad better so I walked on the treadmill to really stretch them out. Tuesday back to training for the NYC half marathon in April. Actually so far every month, exception of August and July (I think it will be too hot) registered for a half or full marathon up until October, which will be my last one for the year and that marathon was the first one I ever did.

Gained 11 pounds in 2.5 days but as of this morning, it's all gone (phewwwwww)

A shot of me warming up and around mile 10 and 20 the JFK memorial library. Hyannis is quite the picturesque New England Beach town

Thanks for asking butternut ;)

So does hitting your wall mean you really wanted to stop but didn't?

Congratulations!

I hate to run and only do so on vacation usually.  Hate. It.

Good pics but did you change out of this ???
