Flat bench
Hammer incline
chest machine
don't know what its called but you support your back sideways on a bench and take a dumbell and start it over your chest and bring it down over your head to parallel and bring it back up.

Are you saying I should start posting it here after every workout?  ;D

Mr.Nobody put me on a 2 day split.. I am doing it but finding it difficult to only train two days, so sometimes I modify it a little to train 3/4 days a week..I have soccer practice once a week as well.

Naw,thats up to you.
just wondering seeing all the different body parts you did per workout....it makes sense now.
