lol. I've been doing Dorian like workouts since Sept. One or two warmups and one work set to failure. Great workouts and they only take about 60-75 mins. Spot on about the rest, though.  ;D

When i had been training for maybe a year or so, I did that type of workout and it really was a great way to train.  Might go back to it.  Do you just do the warm-ups before each body part but not with each exercise?

I really like it, I don't think i'll go back to any other training style for a while. I do a warmup before each exercise, it depends on the movement. If it's something heavier like bb rows I'll do two warmups but if it's something like standing cable rows, I'll do them near the end and won't even do a warmup set.
