Of course, but I used my runners app on my phone. Technically, it's a 13.1 race, but that's what my app said I did.

It was the best planned event, course (started at mets stadium and all around flushing meadows park in queens).

There was a woman runner with an artificial leg, we ran pretty much near each other, talk about inspiration

Good job, Dee!

Well its not really fair, those fake legs are usually really springy so she had an advantage.

"Oscar Pistorius, a double-amputee sprinter, has been denied a shot at the Olympics... for being too fast. The runner -- who uses carbon-fiber, prosthetic feet -- was reviewed by the International Association of Athletics Federations (or IAAF), a review which found the combination of man and machine to be too much for its purely human competitors. According to the IAAF report, the "mechanical advantage of the blade in relation to the healthy ankle joint of an able bodied athlete is higher than 30-percent." Additionally, Pistorius uses 25-percent less energy than average runners due to the artificial limbs, therefore giving him an unfair advantage on the track... or so they say..."

Initially I don't remember, just got a bit sore one day and I haven't really rested it, felt pretty good last week, then (I don't know why I did this, but I raised the pin on the squat rack 1 hole) backing out the bend in the bar clipped the pin and spun the weight.......I controlled it, did my set and reracked...I could feel it tightening........so like the idiot I am I dropped weight and did a set of 10 with 315......LOL, by the end of that set my back was way tight. ;D

Yep in bold. Just getting off a bit like that will do it. The tightening a slight pain is a pinched nerve same thing happened me on deads it wasnt acute pain when I did it just tightening as you say but next day I couldnt get out of bed. Hang from a chin bar with some weight elongate the spine that helped mine and quit looking at Asian chicks pick their noses it will mess your back up twisting like that.  ;D
