Interesting. Think I'll give this combo. a try. This is the first time I've ever tried supersetting anything so it's completely foreign to me.

Not much in terms of machine. Got the bicep curl machine, tricep pressdown and that reverse curl one. That's about it. Lots of free weights, though.

6'1 so it's nothing impressive. I'm a lanky fuck.  ;D

At the end of my cut I was hovering right around 182 and, according GH15, veins running up and down your abs puts you in the 6-7% range. So I'm just guesstimating ~10% as I've still some veins in the abs. Who knows, though. Veins running up the abs and I still had a bit of pooch and love handles so it's probably higher.

No need to get angry, "Fury!"

I was listening to some hardcore Linkin Park with my beanie and sunglasses on (in the dark) when I had an epiphany for this name change.

If you have access to a high cable and low on the same machine try this....

Take some dbs to the bench and do barbell cgbp, sit up and do seated hammer curls, then go over to the cable and do pushdowns, then curls, then turn around and do overhead ext, turn back around and do reverse curls.

So its...
Cgbp
Hammer curls
Pushdowns
Curls
Overhead ext
Reverse curls
10 reps each, 3 sets progressively heavier each set.

You can thank me when your sleeves split! 8)

I do have access to a cable machine like that so I can do this. I like the looks of it.

How much of a breather, if any, do you take between each exercise?

No breather, only a minute or so between sets of six. I had a hard time getting a drink of water my arms were so pumped. You'll be surprised at how much weight you can use, if you can breathe right. ;)

Going to have to work on that as breathing correctly is by far my biggest problem. Always find myself holding my breath.

Should be interesting. Going to give this a shot starting this week.

I could set you up with my favorite giant set for each bodypart, its pure torture and you'd hate me. Leg days and back days being the most insane.

yes, the reason to lift is to get big enough that you don't have to run from anything..... or at least only run to the gun cabinet....  ;D

We could go back and forth all day......... :D
Having done deads at different points in my workouts over the years, I always find myself doing them first, by the time you've smoked your back doing rows, pull up/downs, etc.....do you really feel like pulling a shitload of weight off the floor?
