We could go back and forth all day......... :D
Having done deads at different points in my workouts over the years, I always find myself doing them first, by the time you've smoked your back doing rows, pull up/downs, etc.....do you really feel like pulling a shitload of weight off the floor?
Sounds like a excellent idea for a thread that might last awhile.  8)

Only on the Y.....the G&Schmoe posters dont actually lift, they just take drugs and idolize a gimmick. ::)

Week 2, weight increased on all exercises.

Bench Press 4 sets x  5,5,3,3

Weighted Chins 3 x 8 super set with Trap Bar DL  3 x 5,5,3

3 Giant Sets
Alt DB Incline x 8 per
OH Lunge  x 8 per (these suck)
GH Raise x 5, 8, 8 (used band to help)

Reverse pec deck

Cardio


Going to a 4x a week lifting routine. Tired of spending 5 days in the gym.

I agree. I've tried them at the end of a lift one time and it was miserable. I put them right at the front because I want them out of the way.
4 days is plenty,,,i like it plus i have no choice 2 kids and wife works overnights..

sorry for the news,,,i like 4 days too,,,ur built for that stuff from what i've seen,and gather.powerlifting wise from the big 3 squats is my only real strongpoint.

My pressing movements are weak as shit, but squatting and deads I'm ok at. Trying to focus on pressing for awhile while maintaining the other numbers...lol.
