DB bench  12,8,7 reps superset front squat x 3x8

I generally do full body type stuff, and was ready to hit the gym tomorrow when I saw njflex's last workout.

Went to my basement instead:

Squats:  12, 6, 6,   5x5 ----> 5 supersets with dumbell plyo jumps x 8

RDL x 3
