Anterior load split squat x 6 per legs superset weighted chins

Db press x 8 superset TRX trainer row.

Face pull with pulley 3 x 20.

I need a new routine.  Kind of just going through the motions again.

Nice packed gym...
Its a"sports center" before a gym...tons of older people,  few younger, but db's to 145 and no issues with chalk if I keep it clean. Besides the lack of people means I don't have to wait for shit.

So where to you go from here?   More weight, or back away from the DL for awhile?

I do the same thing all the time.   Train with it for a while, then it gets to the point where I would have to really key on it to make gains, and I stop.
