Cambered bar, yes.

That's a good idea.  I think I'll try that.   Is that similar to your yoke walks?

Lifting time has been limited - wife is away 10 days for a TV shoot, and I have two children and work 50+ hrs.  If I don't hit it at 6 a.m., I don't get home until 9, with all the activities.  Getting under that fucking thing at that hour is tough.

But I need to just do it.
Yeah it would be similar to a yoke walk, which tends to work the majority of muscle groups.

So just get under and walk?   Advice on distance?

Well you gotta set.it down so start short so your turn around is close unless you have a second rack to hang the weight on. Unless you just drop it....

I have an old portable squat stand I made out of wood that I don't use.  I could bring it outside but would have to turn around to return it.

I usually do them at the end of a workout, either in front or behind the back, good for grip. Although doing the strongman stuff and not using straps for anything my grip is pretty good.

You and Wes get a pass on everything since you guys live it, train your asses off, and look better than all of us.

I honestly believe that heavy deadlifts without straps has enabled me to hit a softball much further.

I dunno, I do rack pulls or deads first and I  don't have any issues with grip. Gave them up several years back and only use them when we do our gym comps and we're doing timed reps. Probably took several months of sore forearms before they caught up.

That guy isn't using straps.

I have teeny hands.

The bars are really big for me to wrap all the way around with my hands... I have the same problem when I jerk off.

DB handles are typically 1"-1 1/4" around....that's a teeny peepee you got there.

These things are easily 2 1/2... It's a weird grip. Really fat in the middle and normal on the ends.

I don't like them.

And my peepee is bigger!
