Day 1

Warmup - Pullup / Pushup / Run pyramid:

1 pullup run 50m - 2 pushup - run 50m - 2pullups - run 50m 4 pushups...continue to 10 pullups/20 pushups

Hellacious 100s:
Do 100 reps of the following exercises in as few sets as possible in circuit fashion:

100 calories burned as fast as you can using elliptical, bike,treadmillm, or rower (max out resistance / incline)
100 pullups
100 bench press at 135# or 100 TRX Atomic Pushups
100 squats 135#
100 push press at 95#
100 situps - 1 min sets
100 calories burned as fast as you can again

Run 20 minutes, 20 min ruck, or 20 min swim with fins

This guy is going to kill me w these workouts.  But I nailed it yesterday w Ruck Run averaging less than 11:00 / mile and 2 hours of cardio afterwards.

So pain now - success later. 
I've been doing hellacious 100's for years without knowing it!

Sometimes when I I have a day off from work I do them like you have listed..other days I will do them as assistance work after heavy work...

100 reps in as little sets as possible is gaining steam with a lot of trainers lately

Trained chest, delts and triceps.  Took a pre training mix sample 20 mins before my workout.  Absolutely noticed no difference in strength and the worst part is that it churned in my stomach and now I feel like throwing up.  Got home and was dry wretching.  Have to eat and then go to work.  Never again... :-X

So... today i skip my leg routine and i followed that crazy girl (it looks like those girls that Bradistani used to post) for a leg training. Higher reps than usually and heavyweight as i possible could.

Lunges, 3 sets of 12 each leg.
Squats, 4 sets, all the way down for 10 reps.
Leg press, 4 sets of 15 reps.
Romanian deadlifts, 4 sets of 10.

Calves, abs and 20 minutes cardio.

Fuck, i am exhausted and I'm going to have two nice big burgers with extra cheddar cheese.

- thrusters 1min
- TRX  pushups 1min  OR regular pushups

run or ruck for 30 min for distance
