48 plus hours. 80-90 miles

I would love to do that too. Interesting it´s called "selection" because the British SAS call it that. Very few pass. Sometimes none. SAS selection is only twice a year, winter or summer. tabbing with a weighted rucksack is great to burn fat.

Its patterned after SFAS/SAS/BUDs etc but is individual not a team effort and they actively try to get you to quit

I am not sure why I do it. It's kinda zen after a workout. Plus, I like to think that some of the folks here actually lift.
