well i fully understand the principles behind the 10x10 system and i am sure even a margin of that weight he would not make it. what is his starting weight ? or are we talking maybe 5x5? assuming he does bench 500 lbs for reps as he said.

DB Bench 3 x 6-15

TRX Row / Push up / Sit up

1 / 2 / 3
2/ 4/ 6

....up to 10/20/30, then back down.  Total 100 Row / 200 Push up / 300 sit up in about 30 min.


4 minutes Tabata battle rope.

I hear you....i've been bad.

Have this stupid mild strain in my forearm.....any row, chin, etc....all pain....sucks but can see how minor stuff never heals unless you rest it.
