Think about this.
Why would Kathy Hochul feel it necessary to say "if you don't break the law, we won't prosecute you?"
Isn't that common sense?
She put this statement out because she knows that the attempted inflation of assets is common practice in the industry, and put this message out to tell folks there will not be a crackdown on regular folks the way there is on Trump.
This is damage control for a state that is bleeding individuals and becoming increasing harder to do business there.
