I hesitate to make a semi-serious comment, but I wonder if there's something about middle-aged men suddenly plastering themselves in tattoos that speaks to the dysmorphia a lot of bodybuilders have?  I imagine a lot of people started lifting because they were unhappy with their bodies/themselves.  If you realise you've taken it as far as you can, then maybe drawing all over yourself is one of the few options left open to you...

One of the most beautiful women I ever dated started with a small shoulder tattoo.  A couple of years later she had them all over, and piercings everywhere - including rings and stuff down there.  But she'd always been fucked in the head, so this was the external manifestation of that as far I was concerned.  Poor thing...

I never thought of tattoos being a form of body dysmorphia but I guess it pretty obviously is so.

With a home gym like that, why not sell memberships?
