It makes it a lot easier to never miss workouts due to life, BUT - you have to go to bed earlier and your workouts do suffer a little bit. 

Some of the shit I do could be a bit rough that early and fasted.

10 - 1:30 run / 2:30 recovery walk.....a bit over 4 miles.

4 sets:
20 x sandbag box lift
25m bear crawl
8 sandbag get up

1 arm DB press x 6 per
Chinup hold for time

15 min AMARP

12 x 25m shuttle run
10 x DB clean to press

1 mile bike

6 sets on rower - 10 rows at max effort / 2 minutes recovery row - all nasal breathing.

5 sets, had to go for max time of 500m but maintain S/M ratio (kind of hard actually)

4 sets:
static hold on rings x 30 sec
pull up circuit: wide/narrow/neutral/normal/chin x 2 each

Legs for about 1 hour.   added 10 Lunges or reverse lunges after every set.   

15 Min on the arc trainer at high pace and level.
