I enjoy your training posts, Donny.

Thank you & your training is spot on too. People do whatīs right for them so i never really criticise anyone

Donny:
Due to time restrictions in the next while i am now on a full body training routine(s)
I did it this morning & i have to say in a lot of ways returning to such a workout humbles you.. sweated like a little piggy !
I didnīt squat today as i went for a long cycle tour last night & just decided to whimp out & do leg extensions/Leg curls  ::) my excuse is i am now an old fart

Donny:
This guy deserves a mention on here. No days off & i have to say if you look at his videos heīs got bigger.
In some lifts heīs actually got stronger but some heīs stagnated.
however an interesting experiment

Donny:
Got a slight bit of elbow pain so didnīt train today but went for a cycle tour.
I think iīll drop the EZ Bar skull crushers & use my Tri-Bar with a parallel grip seems to be kinder to my elbow.
First time iīve felt it in my elbow normally no problems but i usually stick to more compound lifts like dips or Close grip benches.

oldtimer1:
Jumping with weight is a great power exercise. I think you have to use light weights so it reduces the chances of injury but increase intensity by jumping with all you got. I couldn't see using anything other than light weights jumping with a barbell or dumbbell. If I wanted to use heavy weights I would use a power clean or a snatch for a power developing exercise.
