Well my friends let me tell you that their is a whole other world you are missing on. The real world. I dare you to go outside for a 10 minute walk around the block or to do 50 jumping jacks to get that heart racing. There are too many obese people around the world and they wonder why they are that way. Doctors come up with some fancy names to call it a disease which it is not. It is pure laziness! You sit on your asses and feed on negativity. Don't let it control your lives. Make an effort in leading a desirable life. Don't just think about it but do something about it.Remember the power is yours.
