I've used 6x6, 8x8 and 10x10 over the years that Gironda suggested. Though 10x10 may not be an original concept by him, it had been used before by others. I call that Square Root training. Some Olympic/PL'er use 3x3, though not Vince related. Most always gotten good results.
All pretty much one exercise per body part, same weight the whole time. Remembering that it's the amount of rep's preforms in a total exercise period, not the sets. 8x8=64 reps, 6x6=36 reps, etc. Also a good pace is important. 60 seconds or less between sets. Can be SS'ed (opposite muscle groups), in some cases.
If new to 8x8 & 10 x 10 it may take a lot of mental adjustments when going through that kind of training, it can be demanding mentally as well as physically. . Not so much the 6x6 or even 5x5 (Bill Star)
Gironda favored "V" bar dips over BB benches. Testing with different hand positions, even the knee position. .. That bench to the upper chest/neck was a lighter bar movement, with almost a collar to collar grip. This is when a good spotter is of prime importance. Gironda was going for that pec delt tie in. Larry Scott a good example.
Good Luck
