;D ;D ;D

Dude you realize they made this thread to discuss training outside of your thread right?

He has no sense of it.

Everything is about him.

He should be banned from this thread.

Just so we have a clear space to enjoy training without his nonsense.

Thanks Rob,I could go a lot heavier but it would be crazy to do so.

I haven`t lost all that much......I think with a month of solid hard work I should be all right.

Good Lord!

That's nuts, Rob.

I'm curious:  when you say you've walked X miles, how do you measure that?  I'm guessing you're not doing the pussyfoot fare my coworkers do; e.g., counting their "steps" throughout the workday, LOL.

Do you have a preferred path to walk?  When I started bodybuilding in my early teens circa '91 or so, I also jogged.  I found an awesome, scenic route through my neighborhood that let me run for an hour or so daily.  In retrospect, I wish I'd cut the cardio in half and eaten way more food, but I was hooked on the notion of adding mass whilst staying very lean.

Thank you sir, yeah I have a trail I walk and it’s basically a dirt road and I have driven it many times and I measured it with the car and put markers at each mile up to 10 miles, my phone is usually with me and it’s pretty accurate with mileage as well. The 7 miles I did today it said was 6.9.

I’d say the way you did it is best adding mass while staying very lean is the smart way to go.
