Vegan Bodybuilding (Training and Food)


Hey, everyone.

I went vegan about 7 weeks ago after surgery. Still not medically cleared to train again but I've been getting accustomed to a diet that will be healthy and also help me to get in good shape.

I'm not much of a cook. Most of my food is super simple, like this dish - kidney beans, rice, corn, on a tortilla.

Would be really interested to talk to other people training and eating vegan. The simpler the dish, the better for me.

Looks lik an epic-fail of a thread.

Vegan diet is good for the body, good for digestive system, cardiovascular system, maintaining weight and more. So itís really good for health and fitness.
