Joking aside... he was very well known here in Germany. He can back it up too. I have never met him myself but i know people who have trained with him, he is very good at what he does.

But you view it simply as an art, right? For exercise. You know it has zero street value, correct?

no one in the ufc uses any of the nonsense Donny believes in
This thread is about the Internal systems of fighting. This is an intelligent and advanced way of fighting. you say you control Doors in Yorkshire but you are telling me you never saw WT or Escrima?

this Book is excellent. I am sure you can translate it online. I posted this a few years ago on here. The basic exercises were Squats and Close grip Bench press using a Tricep Bar holding your hands in the parallel position, of course you can use two DBs together for this in the Parallel or Hammer grip. The tricep bar i never see now but is excellent to Develop the punching power for Wing Tsun Chain punches or Arrow punches.

show a video of it being used in a real fight

or a competitive fight

that's a staged training scenario retard
And you say you are involved in Security work. You do not know anything about Fighting. You have no idea what Wing tsun is or escrima or any other system. You have to take from each system which is suited to you or your purposes. I can assure you that training Chi Sao regularly and drills you will stay fast.

Latosa escrima is a more direct system than most traditionel styles. Some so called Doormen should learn from this Man.

Old Video and Emin Boztepe talks about the inner systems and use of energy and power. How to save it and use it economically so to speak. The leung Ting system brought into their system ground fighting because it was lacking in the lineage of WC,VC,VT..

Martial arts is a General term for a multitude of systems and their roots. Do not forget what you term now as "modern warriors" still follow the ideology of Budo.

Aiki and Chi is the divine energy of the Universe. Our inner strength. Aiki is all around us. It is positive strength. Think of a spinning top as the centre deflecting the negative forces with itīs centrifugal forces. This then is the nucleus of our techniques in Aikido. Look at Irimi Nage. The Aiki principles are very evident in the Chinese systems and in Wing Tsun. The yielding and using the other negative forces to your advantage. Chinese principles influenced Okinawa and itīs Karate. Soft and Hard. Yin and Yang. I myself lean more to the Japanese Shinto Religion.

morihiro Saito Sensei. He learned the whole system from Aiki Budo to Modern Aikido. Later he called his school Iwama Ryu or Takemusu .
