Tomorrow i want you to move your arse
You jump to conclusions. I did move my butt. I went to the gym, swimming laps as planned for 30 minutes. I also enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub. After I was finish relaxing, I hit the high speed tanning bed for 7 minutes. When I got home from the gym, I raked leaves for about an hour.
Just as I was finishing this little leaf clean up project, my sister and her friend pulled in the driveway. They're still here.
Breakfast was off the menu from the Village Inn with two cups of coffee, see menu item below.* For lunch I went to Wendy's and ordered a dinner salad pomegranate vinaigrette. Since my sister and her friend arrived shortly before dinner and I felt the need to feed them, I gave them a choice between Papa Murphy's pizza or take out Chinese food from a local restaurant. They opted for Chinese take out. I ordered almond chicken, sub gum mien mien and fried shrimp for myself. The meal came with chicken fried rice, which I did not eat. We ate off the coffee table out of the to go boxes while watching Jeopardy. It was fun.
*Southwest Potato Pancake Benedict Scramble* Tender pork carnitas, sliced avocado, farm-fresh scrambled eggs, Pepper Jack cheese smothered with our zesty Green Chili Hollandaise atop two potato pancakes with a melon wedge.
I am only mildly sore from yesterday's workout, which is exactly what I was shooting for. Tomorrow I will repeat Monday's workout, increasing the weight resistance only slightly.
Incidentally, I weighed about 1/2 pound less today than yesterday. This is probably water loss. Still, if I could drop 10 to 12 pounds a month I should be right were I want to be in less then two months.
