It's simply micronized creatine monohydrate, so yes, it's fine.

don't waste your time loading. take 5g's twice a day for 3-4 months if you want good results. mix it with grape juice. you should feel a little stronger and more energetic in the gym by the 3rd week. don't expect 50 pounds added to your bench but you will make good gains if your diet is in line.

Ok, Ill do that. are you sure the loading isnt needed?

Positive!!!

Do some research...there are TONS of studies on the internet with good sources. many of them were done by doctors for universitys with many variables.

Agreed, the "loading phase" is an uncessary marketing ploy to use up creatine more quickly so you keep having to buy more.

Creatine levels in the body top off after about thirty days, whether you load for the first five/seven days or just use a "maintenance dose" of 5 grams/day.
