Brian, it was good meeting you yesterday. Had a great conversation about training, guns, etc that I hoped helped. That being said, the shirt was a gift, a gesture and I appreciate you wearing it and repping my brand but please don’t mistake this as a sponsorship. We actually have a legal contracts for that and certain criteria for actual sponsorships.

Ok but after I win Nationals you are going to have to throw in a Hoodie and Hat. Tried to get you in on the ground level but I realize with my fame comes a lot of hatred and animosity. Harassment from trolls a small business might not be ready. I will still rep you at Nationals though the trolls will not silence me. I am going to get that win for everyone  that helped along the way including Joe Local

After that we will be too big for the trolls to take down

Thats unlucky injury to have, ruins most lifts etc.
You are right! I lifted today but regret it now. I did notice that it hurts when I do curls and also lowering the bar during behind the neck presses. Seems ok for other exercises. I'm afraid that I'll have to take a break or consider a different type of program. A trainer friend of mine is always pushing me to do those metabolic routines or whatever with dumbells (do reps for 40 seconds; rest for 20 seconds).  ::) I really like basic barbell exercises so this is depressing.

Trump is charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. Whether the jury considers his violating the NY election-conspiracy law a factor remains to be seen... or rather 'heard' in this case.

Incorrect.  He is charged with violating a law prohibiting falsifying business records, which is a stale/expired misdemeanor, but becomes a felony if the alleged falsification was done in furtherance of another crime.  That "other crime" is not in the indictment and has not been clearly defined by the prosecution.

IMO Ernie was full of it. You can't pin that much gear to get that extreme effect. Otherwise every heavy juicer would have a disfigured ass. I got no glute gains from gear  ;D

And it appears as though "Synthol" gains are all scar tissue, the oil doesn't stay there for very long, something about it triggers scar tissue formation.

Look at the pros today, seems every single one has artificial shoulders. You almost need it to compete, rear delts in particular. Or they "think" it's essential.

what about the huge delts coming from the use/abuse of test and tren? i've heard from some guru that test and tren being more "androgens" cause more delt growth

on a recent vid i watched where they ran a study comparing 100 and 300 mgs of deca and test that the deca caused more pec growth and the yest caused more delt growth

they really didn't start pounding test and tren til the 90s and if you look at the 70s and 80s guys they had much smaller delts than the 90s guys but thier chests were just as big

"The key to fighting the Hankins, is to keep him on his bicycle and attack the lower limbs first. The Hankins is the weaker athlete to begin with, because he's been bred that way. It goes back to Brooklyn days, when they'd keeping him eating wieners all day...."

Hank

The standup

Clegg may have been fat but had better footwork and was more nimble on the feet than your slow plodding movement

Get better footwork and become quicker on the feet Hanky! Then you will become a world beater!

The prosecution asked Daniels if she felt anything "unusual" while having sex with Trump.

This was asked today... The same prosecution that supposedly cares about campaign finance violations... This is tabloid trash, not a serious trial like the prosecutors claim.

Notice this too:

Quote
During questioning from Trump attorney Susan Necheles, Stormy Daniels said attorney Gloria Allred wanted her to accuse the former president of rape.

Daniels was asked about a conversation she had with Allred in 2011 that was described in her book "Full Disclosure." Necheles asked Daniels if she told Allred that she did not have sex with Trump. Daniels disputed that, saying she told the famed attorney that she slept with him but did not give her any details due to a lack of trust.

"I did not tell her all the sex details; I did not trust her," Daniels said. "And she wanted me to accuse him of forced … basically rape."

The problem is instead of campaigning he is stuck in a court room arguing over an affair from a decade ago and bookeeping when he clearly pays other people to classify expenses. Trump is not doing his own accounting he pays CPA to do the accounting and verify everything blaming a CEO for back office accounting issues is nonsense. Expense classification really?

Joe Biden didn’t campaign at all in 2020. And yet, somehow (stolen election), he had more votes than any other presidential candidate... ever.
