I've started doing legs every other day or every two days.
My workout consists of : Squats, leg press, walking lounges with bar or dumbbells , hamstring machine, quad machine , calves ....
should I skip lounges? what am I doing wrong? I usually do 4 sets of each 10 or 25 reps...
My knees are starting to hurt. :-\

Lower the # of legworkouts (and up the dosage for real results.)

Lounges are nice when you just want to listen to some music and relax.
