Turns out young (mostly white. Ok - ALL white) people are giving the "thumbs down" instead of the finger these days. They say it's worst. I totally disagree. Wouldn't bother me at all and I'd give someone the finger back and curse their mother if given the thumbs down. It reminds me of that segment on Oprah with Bob Paris and Rod Jackson. Rod said that they were at the mall and these kids yelled the F word to them. Rod yelled back "Bigots!" and his nostrels flaired as he told the story and acted like he got one over on them. I remember thinking "Nah dude; you didn't. Not even close".
