13 year old kid was shot and killed by police after he ran away and pulled a realistic BB gun from his pants. The police were in the area responding to an armed robbery call.
I keep hearing this described as a controversial shooting. The cop was white and the kid was black not that it should matter but seriously what about this shooting is controversial?

i heard this story in fox news radio today, they said no word yet on charges.
WTF. charges? point a weapon, you get shot. tragic, but there seems to be no reason to charge anyone here.

The liberal media was quiet on this but the kid was likely involved or connected to the robbery somehow because one of the suspects were with him when he pulled the BB gun and got smoked by the cop.
