A good friend of mine, total pain in the ass sometimes, but a man of his word, just is a good negotiator when it comes to following an agreement invovling money.  So you have to be exact and communicate well.  Welching isn't indicative of his people, at least the ones i have dealt with, I've actually had more incidences with Indians and Arabs in that regard.  But that's just my own experiences and shouldn't be judged as a standard that represnets an entire people.

They agreed to a cease fire.  Israel broke it on 2 occasions.  Black and white here.  Think about it, Israel response was very disporportionate to kid napping 2 soldiers.
