I agree, but it's still a great fight for a repeat when you are jonesing for a fix in between PPVs. We need something to watch until April 6th.

figured after seeing the promo for tuf 3 they were gonna fight, after 1 & 2 the coaches fought at following ppv. didn't know it was signed & official though. what about you weeks?

I saw the UFC where they announced them as coaches, and that's they would fight at the end. Let's just say it was for Dana, Big John McCarthy, and all the other handlers to keep them two dogs from tearing it up right then and there!!! LOL!!! They need good ratings. It's hard for ANY reality show to live past the first season. They did great with Forrest and Stephan Bonner (oh yeah and that shitbag Diego) the first season. The second season I think they barely skated by, albeit favorably. So this third time around they NEED something to keep us coming back. And what better way than some super drama between Ortiz and Shamrock....and I have no clue how they are going to keep them from going to fists when they have to deal with one another while coaching the newbies.....so I guess their idea worked and I can't wait to watch. It's already all taped, they just have to air it starting next month, and everyone is just training to get ready for their big fights.

I hate Ortiz, he's a disrespectful ass. But I think Shamrock is too old. Shamrock fought one of the Gracies a week ago Friday in Sacramento, Calif. (non-UFC fight, some independant group) and Shamrock won. Nice to know he's still got it.

never say never in mma ... but ken is brought in for 2 reasons 1) ratings 2) to lose to tito and start tito's journey back to a title shot . . . this is the closest thing to a "work" you can get in UFC

They are great guys and they gave me my big break, and only offer, to work at the Arnold Expo. I contacted 5 other companies and no one even contacted me back to even tell me "no". They just didn't call/email at all.

They were very professional, we worked hard, but we had more fun than any other booth, and had me laughing my ass off the whole day. I honestly can't speak for their supplements yet, however, I talked to the Dr. guy that created the supplement there for quite some time, and had a good reasoning and support to his methods. So we are trying them out, both the GammaO and the new creatine supplement. Will let you know later what I think after taking them for about a month.

Appreciate it. I try to be cool, but fail miserably since I'm just a simple redneck girl who talks too loud and too much. All this girly crap is hard work! I don't mind talkin' trash with the best of them. And I take criticism well (if it's constructive and will actually help me better myself) because I know I'm not all that, I've got a lot of work to do, my genetics aren't all that great, and this run will be short lived. When I get too old for this shit I'll probably do bodybuilding and be a perpetual amateur who consistently places 3rd or 4th but never wins. And I'll be happy with that. Life has been good. And if I can turn you on or make you laugh in the process, then excellant.

I'm still in shock that Couture has retired. Meeting him at the Arnold was the highlight of my day!!!
