If that's true, it's safe to say that our hospitals were "overwhelmed" from the start. And if they are, why are we importing 410,000 new citizens this year, 300,000 of whom are refugees, and other people in economic need? I'm sure what will help our situation at the hospitals.

OAK is scared, despite the fact that something like 99.997% of Canadians have managed to not die despite being two years into a "lethal pandemic".

Also: the global population has gone UP by over 150 MILLION people since this started, lol.

For perspective:

The Spanish Flu infected 33% of the world's population, and killed about 5%.

This pandemic has infected under 5% of the world's population, and killed around 0.07%.

The other 99.93% survived. 

And as I said, the global population went up by over 150 million. Probably closer to 200 million, lol!

How can anyone still be buying into this?

Where are the wailing ambulances?
Where are all the funeral processions?
Where are the nonstop phone calls from relatives telling us our relatives have died?

Not one single person I know has even noticed a pandemic.

It simply comes down to a sizable percentage of the population just doesn’t have it in their mindset to question authority, it doesn’t seem to be based on education or intelligence either. I know super intelligent highly educated people who buy into every bit of this bullshit.

I told him I wasnt vaccinated and why was it my fault.

He stuttered and kept telling me what he had heard on the news.
A few minutes after trying to get him to think for himself he got frustrated and his wife took him away.

According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, IN TOTAL, SINCE DAY 1, IN ALL OF CANADA, UPDATED as of 2021-12-17 at 7PM EST, there have been:

- 94,120 hospitalizations.

- 18,308 ICU admissions.

SPREAD AMONG 1,200 HOSPITALS IN CANADA.

We are now at 23 months / 103 weeks / 700 days into this pandemic! Now DO THE MATH. That works out to:

I have all my vaccines, including the 3-shot HPV series that I paid $586 out of pocket for [Gardasil]. However, I don't get the flu shot. I got the flu shot about every second year from 2001 through to 2014.

OAK, did you pay out of pocket in Canada for the Gardasil HPV vaccine? Only 16% of men got that vaccine, OAK - and even fewer I our age group.

God, that is depressing.

It is amazing how many people, including many who are actually intelligent people as far as sheer IQ are concerned, who have been taken by this hyped pandemic.

That being said, as far as public fear is concerned, things have declined somewhat. Some examples:

- The police showed up when I didn't wear a mask once, when a store manager called the police on me just over one year ago, in early December of 2020. I don't THINK that people are still scared enough to do this...although apparently there was an 80-year-old woman who had the police called on her for not wearing a mask when she went to vote in Canada's recent election, which was only three months ago...so maybe I'm wrong.

- In March of 2020, a woman driving honked at another woman driving with four kids in her car. The woman who honked made a "No, no" finger gesture. Presumably because she was worried that the other woman had too many people in the car.

- I took a picture of someone's driveway who lives near my mom, who had a sign up saying he was quarantining for public health [or something like that], and listed the reasons why he was doing the right thing. Is ANYONE still quarantining anymore because they feel that way? Or are people simply following what authority is telling them to follow?

- Now that Quebec is closing gyms, bars, and casinos TO THE VACCINATED, with fewer people dying than ever before, isn't it obvious this is just a complete joke?

All these political parties will be voted out.

I can't see this lasting forever...but I'm also not completely optimistic.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE will I wear a mask or follow the Vax passport, and I made it clear with the police that they will have to remove me by force over it.

Knowing the Vax passport is illegal to enforce, they stood down.

I expect bullshit like this to happen in Canada - but HOW is this happening in the USA?? That's strange to me.

I had a friend of mine say in June "We can't open up due to the unvaccinated." That's when I had to remind him both myself and his own mother are unvaccinated.

That means that ONLY 36 THOUSAND actually died OF Covid-19! And even then - they average 84 years of age!

My city in Canada has 108,000 people. Thus far, 69 PEOPLE HAVE DIED IN 23 MONTHS.

That's THREE additional deaths each month! THREE! And they average 79 years old in Canada!

Even at your age, you are only minimally at risk.

In your healthy, your risk of death is probably no more than 1 in 25.

I'd be modestly concerned, in your shoes - but just because COVID poses a MILD risk to you at your age, do you think it's fair that the whole world should go through continual shutdowns over this?

There is a former Getbigger from Ohio who has a friend who is a machinist, who now has to spend $100,000, and move out of his state to follow a different career path. He said if his factory closes again, he would do that - and his factory just announced they will be closing.

COVID poses a risk to some people [the extremely elderly, the morbidly obese, and the immunocompromised], but forcing us all to get rushed vaccines because of these disgusting people is not cool.

Also, FYI - this has nothing to do with health, and the more we comply, the more this goes on.

Ontario said when we reach 70-80% vaccinated for the eligible population, we would reopen completely.

Ontario reached that in June. We are now 77.512% vaccinated for the ENTIRE population, and we're looking to close again.

That's complete proof that the more we comply, the longer this goes on: we were explicitly told we would reopen once we hit certain marks. We hit those marks, and SURPRISE, SURPRISE, we are not open.

So how the hell can you spin that one? Ontario has been a little bitch, complying completely, AND HERE WE ARE.

Not complying is the only way.

I told the police in my city that they will have to take me by force for violating the Vax passport. They backed down.

That is ALL we have to do for this to end - enough people need to stop complying that this becomes unenforceable.

It's really a shame. Other than that, I have just been training. It's the only thing helping me feel less annoyed/upset over what will be [I'm sure] lockdowns coming to Ontario in the next week or two. Gyms are closed yet again in Quebec...I won't be surprised if Ontario is next.
