Viruses mutate at a predictable rate over time. They aren't alive and can't "work around" vaccines in order to survive.

 

Dr. Chris Martenson of the website and YouTube channel "Peak Prosperity" explained that the Delta variant did in fact latch on to a receptor that the vaccine did not give protection for.

The Omicron variant [which is probably on par with a common cold coronavirus, 15% of the 200-300 common cold virus strains being coronaviruses] is also spreading in an area that the vaccine does not protect.

Go back to my post below which you presumably either didn't read, or read and did not understand - I explain that ~75% of Manitoba's population is fully vaccinated, yet they comprise ~79% of all new cases. Omicron is also much more transmissive [and more mild] than previous COVID strains, and it's currently looking like most new cases of COVID are Omicron cases.

Hence why vaccinated Manitobans actually represent more COVID cases than their share of the population.

How do you explain that one, OAK?

If what you are saying is true, and the mutations are occurring only in the unvaccinated population, why are vaccinated people getting it at all - let alone at rates higher than unvaccinated people?

Again, to be completely clear here: unvaccinated people do not just represent more cases in absolute numbers [being a larger group], they represent more cases PROPORTIONALLY:

74.856% of fully vaccinated Manitobans represent 79.137% of new COVID cases [440 of 556 - an overrepresentation of over 105%].

18.704% of unvaccinated Manitobans represent 15.108% of new COVID cases [84 of 556 - an UNDERREPRESENTATION of under 81%]

Explain this one, if only unvaccinated people are spreading around this mutation, OAK.

If I can calculate the required air exchange per person for fresh air and removal of their moist exhalation, and calculate the volume of air exchange possible per degree and the heat gained per square foot of greenhouse glass on average, then I could appropriately size a greenhouse to power air exchange for an underground living space.

Run incoming air through a manifold to a series of small tubes (HEPA filter inlet, but pipes would permit disinfection, while something like a subterranean heat sink gravel field wouldn't) a sufficient distance (possibly through water) so that it's slightly cooler than the air in the underground dome (heated slightly by solar input from the nipple occulus). That'll make it drop its summer humidity load before entering the living space. Keep everything on the downslope and take the collected water upstairs to water the plants in the greenhouse.

Your 1 in 50 stat is mathematically inept, when you consider that 24,639 of 29,913 of all Canadian deaths are among Canadians aged 70+.

That's 82.37% of all deaths, among 12.61% of Canada's population [4,847,799  of Canada's 38,436,447 people are aged 70+].

That means only 17.63% of deaths are among 87.39% of the population.

Suddenly your "1 in 50" death number becomes much smaller.

Do the adjusted math, OAK. You don't need an undergraduate degree in mathematics to do this, but maybe I need to remind you that I actually have one, and so I am in a valid position to address this crisis from a purely mathematical perspective:

Among 100 of 24,800 people under age 70 who died, 94 had enough health conditions to effectively be dead within three years anyway.

So only 6 of 24,800 healthy people under the age of 70 **who get the flipping virus in the first place** will actually die.

I wonder about that...I think a good way to figure it out would be to simply ask people. You'll probably get more honest answers by telling people you're unvaccinated first, in case some unvaccinated people might be afraid to answer [just like people won't say they supported Trump in phone surveys, which skewed all the data].

Even if people are as vaccinated as is claimed, I can't imagine people getting successive boosters.

A friend of mine knows nine people aged 60-69 who have gotten boosters told me that 8-9 were bedridden for a week, lol.

If the second shot caused way more problems than the first, I think it stands to reason that the third will cause more problems than the second.

As a conspiracy theory...I wonder if the aging Bill Gates wants to solve the problem of mortality within his lifespan, and has pushed these mRNA not-vaccines so that the technology is refined by the time he is 90, allowing him to live to 120, and thus continue the process.
