I own my own business which I work at part time. I see about 15 to 20 clients per week. But this is irrelevant.

The main difference between you and me is that I have always followed the Provincial Public Health orders (which were designed by Public Health Experts) while you have not.

That being said, I have no way of knowing if I would be giving someone Covid who is Immunocompromised, so I ethically can't take that chance.

So, in my ethical view, the right thing to do is to stay home until fully recovered, plus an additional 3-5 days just to be sure, before exposing myself to any other citizens.

So I fail to see how I am a risk to anyone else, given that I have the means to self-isolate completely until fully recovered?

I also believe in terrain theory - eating a healthy diet [I only eat 13 different foods - a standard bodybuilding diet...I "eat bro"], and I work out a lot and stay in good shape.

I haven't had a cold since April of 2011. I haven't had a cold sore since 2014.

What seems to be the problem with any of this?

All my health markers are in the ideal range, except for my sperm count [abnormally high, at 1.18B sperm], and my thyroid, which is a touch slow.

I am also always in ketosis.  but just a touch in ketosis. Due to my slow thyroid, I can't get very ripped naturally, and I don't want to use steroids, being middle aged now.

I think a good cycle is in order to get to 195-lb and lean by this summer, to deal with the masked bullies. They won't mess with me as it is - but at that size in a tank top, I can't fathom them doing a thing.

Not sure if you are aware but Winnipeg is crazy now because of COVID.

Winnipeg is about 80 to 90 percent vaccinated. About one hour south there is a "bible belt" of over 200,000 people that are 19% vaccinated (lowest in North America I believe). Under the direction of God they purposely go against the public health orders. They refuse to be tested for COVID. All of their restaurants are packed with people, their schools aren't allowed to talk about COVID and they gather in large groups just to piss off the government. They harass private businesses (mine included) that follow the public health orders. When they're sick they go in groups to stores in Winnipeg to prove the virus is "just a flu". All the government can do is give them fines, which of course they won't pay.

Not surprisingly they are clogging up our hospitals. Winnipeg is now sending patients to the US for some procedures. The Doctors and nurses have had enough.

I'm not scared about getting the virus myself but both of my parents, who live by themselves and are in their mid eighties, are extremely high risk (as you know).

This is where I come from and why I HATE antivaxxers.
