Did they use these weapons?  From the picture, I would assume that they were prepared to use them, either if necessary, or...in an unnecessary way?  But how do you know?  Were the weapons used?

No weapons used. They threatened to use them against the police I believe.

So you believe being boosted prevents you from catching Covid.

But you and many others who are boosted are catching Covid every single day.

I hoped it would prevent me from catching Omicron. The CDC said it should lessen the symptoms should you have a 'breakthrough' COVID infection. There is no way to know for sure what my symptoms would have been like had I not had the vaccine or the booster. However, unless there is a new development. My COVID Omicron infection symptoms were not that bad, and I seem to be over it in less than 6 days. This is much less time than it takes for me to get over a cold.

I think you mean 'every single day' someone who has had the booster shot catches COVID. According to current knowledge, having just had COVID should give me immunity for 3 months. Of course, that could change depending on if there are other variants and how they act. There is talk of another booster, but I am not eligible for it currently.

At this point, I am excited for the recommended quarantine time to be done which should be next Monday.

Fair enough. You never know how much the vaccine helps with minimizing symptoms and response. That is something i do believe that it does. The problem is that a single person cannot be tested to know how much it helps. You either have the vaccine or you don't, so the statistics are not as accurate as people believe since every person responds to illness differently and the variants are all different.

And yes when i said "every single day", i meant every day there is "someone" with the booster that gets Covid. Not that you are going to get it over and over.

I know a lot of people who have gotten Covid in the last two months, all vaccinated. That's why i question its ability to prevent catching Covid, but all did seem to recover well. The only person i know personally in the hospital is the guy i mentioned that i work with. But i believe the fact that he is unhealthy to begin with is playing a larger part, boosted or not.

Very low support for the protests in Canada. If 93% want them removed that means a lot of the unvaccinated don't support them either.

The truckers can't be happy with these numbers.

I support them as long as they don't break the law...HOWEVER..let's be honest, the GOVERNMENT is breaking the law...so why should I care if the truckers break the law?  They are only doing it because the government is doing it.  Two wrongs don't make a right, but do you have any other suggestions...?  And no, "get vaccinated" is not an option.

Trudeau had to step in because the protestors were blocking the Canada US border and caused billions of dollars of damage to our economy. Gretchen Whitmer, the governor of Michigan threatened to close American plants in Canada and led the charge.

It's pure hypocrisy that Americans criticize Trudeau for arresting the truckers when it's the Americans forcing him to do so.

Also, Trudeau isn't breaking the law.

I thought "right wingers" like yourself were pro business?
