Anybody hate that first week of working out as much as I do. Man, my body is SORE as hell!
Even when I was running track competitively that first week back was always a pain in the #$@!
I didn't even do anything too major...just some plyos and light squating and my thighs are jacked up.
Anybody else share my sentiments?
Can't wait until next week...I should be adjusted again by that time...
