Thanks and no I don't do either they get plenty of work just lifting dumbells but kind of my point guys who have oil in their arms don't have forearms bigger than their biceps. You don't get forearms like this unless you have been lifting a long long time. My forearms in focus actually compare good to a lot of people he posted but he is using a pic at distance I took to show legs not arms then zooming in so it is out of focus.

I am not comparing myself to 28 year old professional bodybuilders on stage. I am comparing myself to other 40 somethings everyday condition. And yes if I was to do a show a couple months out I would aim to be 240 on stage. I am lean enough goal would be to add leg mass and I think I will add some more the next few months.

Let me give some more , serious, "hard earned" advice about your future posting on getbig:

1. Post only one pic at a time with a BRIEF background story .

2. Give serious answers to any sincere comments/questions and laugh off trolls .
It's best to use "self deprecating" humor when replying to any insults/trolls.
For example ; " At least my body isn't as messed up as my deck ."

3. Don't take get big too serious or expect much sincere, serious interaction.
This place can be fun and entertaining, but that's about it.

4. Don't post any more posing pics for awhile. You could look like a top IFBB pro and  still get trolled.

5. I don't know much about being "agrophobic" so do what you gotta do.
